Lawrence Russell
DNA Stereo Magazine

DNA was LR's first foray into mass media. A sort of "theatre of the invisible", DNA attracted contributions from writers in Vancouver and Victoria, such as Paul Green, Andreas Schroeder, Alexander Hutchison, George McWhirter, Stephen Adair, Marilyn Bowering, and J. Michael Yates, as well as some of LR's best students in his Creative Writing class, most noticeably Wayne Strandlund. Over time, DNA evolved into a medium for a wide range of creative efforts, including music, sound/story collage, and science fiction. LR has plans to digitize some of the catalogue and re-issue DNA from his web site....
